With the rise of liberalism and loose morality within the church, ICEC is making a serious effort to return people to the Bible. All of God's people must adhere to the strict Biblical standard of living or be deprived of God's fellowship. There is no in-between. For God does not compromise. Either you win or you lose, there is no draw in God's plan. ICEC calls people to RETREAT TO THE BIBLE.

God has raised ICEC to promote the Biblical mode of life in the daily lives of his people. Through it's Churches and various Bible Colleges ICEC is trying to nurture a dedicated leadership that will revive the true Biblical Christianity in the world. It is the final call to return to the purity of the Scriptures and to the holiness of life. "Ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy".

Acknowledging the interdependence of the churches within the Body of Christ, ICEC presents them a common platform for the achievement of shared goals and for the expression of common concerns. God has banded together a faithful flock for the purity of his word and for the identification of His true testimony.
